About MaryAnn Elizabeth ~ MaryAnn's desire to share the practice of Kundalini Yoga and the power of Pranayama as a way to empower both movement in the body and stillness in the mind was born out of her own daily Kundalini Yoga and Meditation practice, studies in the Himalayan Tradition (200hrYTT), trauma-informed yoga, classical pilates, Reiki Level 2, and sound healing. Her hope is that her students find valuable enlightenment as she unabashedly shares insights from her own inner excavation, her platform as a multidisciplinary creative / longevity advocate and eternal student of yoga.
