Discover how to shift your poses to prevent injury, enjoy greater ease in practice, and maximize the incredible benefits of yoga In this 90 minute workshop! 

Monica Lynn has exceptional knowledge and experience as a certified yoga instructor for almost a decade and will break down some common and foundational postures – explaining how to stay safe and fully enjoy each pose!

Most bodies can safely practice yoga on a daily basis, but maintaining sound alignment is essential to your physical well-being. Not all bodies are alike, and proper alignment will change based on that fact.  In this workshop, you will problem solve together to help develop a clear understanding of how to apply key alignment concepts to your unique physical structure.

 
New Yogis: Learn and understand many basic poses,
while being guided into the correct (and safe) alignment for your body.

Experienced Yogis: Delve into deeper aspects of alignment. Get the chance to ask about the why and how of poses and check in with your developing practice and technique.

Teachers: Learn new adjustment techniques and cues
that will be helpful in your own teaching.


THIS 90-MINUTE WORKSHOP WILL INCLUDE DEMONSTRATION, DISCUSSION
AND ASSISTED AND/OR NON-ASSISTED ADJUSTMENTS.
THE STUDIO WILL BE HEATED, NOT HOT. ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME!
