Radical Wellness Workshop for Tweens ages 10-12
Led by Aubrey Conley, Certified Life & Wellness Coach and Radical Wellness Alchemist.
Give your children the gift of learning tools to support them through stress and anxiety in their everyday life.
Strengthen their personal connections and help them become more resilient, more self-accepting.
In this workshop, they will experience yoga, somatics, sound therapy, reiki and more.
No yoga experience needed. This is a great first step in sparking a love of yoga and breathwork.
Bring a journal and pen and a yoga mat (we can provide if needed). Held in Suite 5.

Radical Wellness Workshop for Parents and Kids ages 3-9
Led by Aubrey Conley, Certified Life & Wellness Coach and Radical Wellness Alchemist.
In this workshop, your child will be introduced in a fun and engaging way to Yoga, Somatics, and breathwork.
They will feel comfortable among their peers and love this quality me time with their loved one.
It is a great way to learn new parenting tips that help your child self regulate their emotions and overall nervous system.
45 minutes. Space is limited. Held in Suite 5, Second Floor.
