A private meditation session allows for total immersion in mindfulness. You will enjoy a relaxing meditation experience, whether you are completely new to meditation or a seasoned guru. You will learn how to take away from your practice elements that you have yet to discover. You will clear your mind and become present using a combination of mental exercises and breathing techniques. It is a designated time to renew and rejuvenate your mind-body-breath connection.
You can choose to incorporate a series of yoga poses to awaken the body and to open your heart to allow your innermost stillness.
You will journey inward to a peaceful rest ending in a deep meditation to seal in all the benefits of your practice.
What exactly does a Private Meditation Session entail?
After booking, you will receive a comprehensive Getting To Know You questionnaire that lets you describe what you are looking to take away from private instruction, and provides your instructor with the important info they need to meet your individual needs and ensure an excellent experience
You and your instructor will meet and practice in our private, beautiful Wellness Center

which is adjacent to our yoga studio
