OCTOBER - Explore the mythology of Hecate, Goddess of crossroads, thresholds, and the night. Discover what her story can teach us about navigating times of uncertainty through storytelling, breath, and asana. We will explore intuition, inner wisdom, release, and trusting the path ahead. This practice invites you to pause at the crossroads, listen inward, and embrace the unknown with courage and curiosity.
You can expect a deeply reflective and restorative experience as Noelle weaves the stories of Hecate into 90 minutes of asana and concludes with about 20-30 minutes of yoga Nidra-type meditation.
