As a trained Reiki practitioner, Kellie Flanagan offers in-person sessions that harness the ever-present universal life energy to enable healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Kellie is certified in Reiki Levels 1 & 2; including distance reiki practices. She has also obtained a Sound Therapies Certification from the Meditate School of Mindfulness and Sound. Her mission is to help clients transmute pain into purpose by creating safe, supportive sessions that restore balance and promote emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. Kellie believes strongly in the power of energy work and the vibrations of sound to reconnect us to our inner wisdom and shift us toward deeper alignment. What does a Reiki / Holistic Healing session entail?
Reiki Healing is an energy practice that helps balance your body, calm your nervous system, and support emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. Kellie will channel universal life force energy to flow where it's needed most — clearing blockages, reducing stress, and restoring inner harmony. The session is performed with the client fully clothed with hands hovering above the body or hands on, depending on client preferences.
Reiki + Sound Healing Combined Sessions
A private Reiki session combined with sound healing is a deeply intuitive and immersive practice that uses two healing modalities to support your well-being. Reiki channels universal life force energy to clear blockages, balance chakras, and promote natural healing. Sound healing incorporates instruments like Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes and more that produce soothing vibrations and frequencies designed to resonate with your body’s energy field.
Kellie is a trained musician with over 10 years of experience playing the clarinet and alto saxophone. Drawing on her jazz + classical training and intuitive gifts, she may incorporate such instruments into her healing sessions to create soulful, immersive soundscapes that support emotional release and energetic alignment.
During the combined reiki and sound healing session, you’ll lie comfortably fully clothed on a massage table while Kellie practitioner intuitively moves her hands over or near your body to direct healing energy where it’s needed most. Simultaneously when guided, sound tools are played to create calming vibrations that help release tension, enhance mental clarity, and deepen relaxation. The sound frequencies work in harmony with the Reiki energy to amplify the healing effects, facilitating a holistic reset for your physical, emotional, and spiritual layers.
